Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, UttarakhandDev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV) is an Indian university for higher learning, education and research located at Shantikunj near Haridwar city in Uttarakhand. Surrounded by lush Himalayan vegetation, the campus is spread over 76 acres of land. It was established in 2002 by the act of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly and is run by Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust. The university is affiliated to the University Grants Commission of India (UGC), Distance Education Council (DEC) and Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD).

Courses Offered in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya
Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya provides various degrees, diploma and certificate courses in areas like clinical psychology, Yogic science, alternative therapy, Indian culture, tourism, rural management, theology, spiritual counselling etc. It also provides courses through distance learning mode. It is equipped with an excellent infrastructure and dedicated faculty and staff.

Selection of the candidates to UG and PG courses offered by the university is done through an Entrance Test followed by Personal Interview. For Ph.D., candidates are selected on the basis of entrance examination followed by research deliberation.
