Steps of Self Arms Massage

•Warm a cream or aromatherapy oil in between the palms.
•Now with the oil smooth the arms by stroking firmly from the wrists to the shoulders. One can use the kneading technique while gliding up and back and should continue the same way for around 3 to 4 times. Kneading is a circular technique by which the skin and its underlying structures are moved in a circular rotating motion on the underlying structures.
•After completing this step, one can try reaching around the neck, and grasp the elbow and pull it the opposite side which will help to stretch the upper arm. This technique also helps to open the shoulder joint.

Steps of Self Hands Massage

•Hand massage can be done by using the thumb. It should be done in a circular motion.
•Then one can grab and pull the finger in a gentle way. One should not do it very roughly or it will hurt the fingers.
•One can improve the circulation of hands by rubbing the palm over the back of the hand for both the hand.
•Then in the next step, one can squeeze each finger with the help of index finger and the thumb. This helps to release tension from the hands.
•One can also stretch the fingers by interlocking the finger and pulling them downwards.
