Lower Ghaghri Waterfall is located in Latehar district of Jharkhand. It is the 33rd highest waterfall in India. The water falls from the height of 322 feet forming the cascade. The Upper Ghaghri Falls is a smaller waterfall, below Netarhat Dam.
Lower Ghaghri Waterfall is known for its mesmerizing beauty and a major tourist attraction in Jharkhand. The sound of falling water makes the surrounding musical. The forest around the Lower Ghaghri Falls is so dense that even sun rays find it difficult to pierce through.

Lower Ghaghri falls lie at a distance of 10 kilometres from Netarhat. One can hire taxis to the scenic spot from Netarhat. There are regular bus services between Ranchi and Netarhat. To reach the Lower Ghaghri Waterfall, the nearest airport is Birsa Munda Airport, Ranchi. The closest railway station is at Ranchi, which is 110 km away.
