It was built and is preserved by Tata Steel. Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, in his first spell as Chief Minister of West Bengal, inaugurated the park on 22nd November, 2004. It is well decorated with a variety of flowers sounding the small pond. It is open for a short time. Location of Elliot Park Elliot Park is located at the Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kankaria Estates, Maidan, Kolkata.
