Una District
Una District is one of the most fully developed districts of Himachal Pradesh. Una District shares its border with the Kangra district, Bilaspur district and Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh and Hoshiarpur district and Ropar district of Punjab. The terrain of Una District is generally a plain with low hills. Una District has been identified as a main industrial hub and has become a transit town for travelers going to Dharamshala, Kullu, Manali, Jawalamukhi, and Chintpurni.

Bilaspur District
Bilaspur District contains the manmade Gobind Sagar Lake on the Sutlej River which acts as the reservoir for the Bhakra-Nangal Project. The road bridge on this lake at Kandraur is highest of its kind in Asia. It is the second highest bridge in Asia. Its headquarters are in the town of Bilaspur. The district has an area of 1,167 sq km, and a population of 382,056.

Hamirpur District
Hamirpur district is one of the 12 districts with the headquarters Hamirpur town. The district occupies an area of 1,118 square km. It is smallest district of Himachal Pradesh. It is also known as Martyr`s Land.

Mandi district
Mandi district is one of the central districts of Himachal Pradesh. Mandi town is the headquarters of Mandi district. The town has mythological and historical significance and boasts of unique temple architecture of Hindu religion. It is referred to as Chhota Kashi as there are many ancient temples in the city and on the banks of river Beas. The Beas River flows through the town and hills, which makes this town more scenic. It has a serene ambiance though the modern development has made its inroads here in infrastructural developments.

Tourism in West Himachal Pradesh
The western part of Himachal Prdaesh is the connecting point to go to Kullu, Manali, Shimla, Chitkul and many tourist destinations. In this part of Himachal Pradesh, there are more tourist destinations like Dhauladhar Mountain Range and Pir Panjal Mountain Range. The western part of Himachal Pradesh is most popular among the global tourists as it is the abode of the Tibetan government-in-exile and residence of the Dalai Lama at McLeod Ganj. This place is a small and tranquil hill station which volunteers yoga, meditation or other Buddhist and Hindu courses. While the other tourists delights are Tsuglagkhang, Norbulingka Institute, Central Tibetan Secretariat Building, Lakshmi Narayan Temple Complex, Dogra Bazar, Gallu Devi Temple and many more.
