Zoji La, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir
Zoji La is a mountain pass in Ladakh connecting Kashmir with Northern part of India. It was captured by the Pakistan Armed Forces in the year 1948 and later recaptured by Indian Army by using high altitude war tanks.
