Vikas Kharadkar is a senior most member in basketball industry in India. He is the administrator of T.T. Nagar Stadium, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. He is coaching coordinator of Madhya Pradesh State Sports Academy. He is also the coach coordinator and IT Coordinator of Directorate Sports and Youth Welfare T.T. Nagar Stadium, Bhopal.

Vikas Kharadkar has completed his degree in B.P. Ed and M.P. Ed from Bhopal. He did N.I.S. Diploma in Sports Coaching in basketball from S.A.I. South Center, Bangalore. He did his M.S. (Master of Sports Coaching) from N.S. N.I.S. Moti Bagh, Patiala (basketball Discipline). He then got an International Diploma in Basketball (Olympic Solidarity Course) from Budapest, Hungary in the year 2005. He did International Coaching Course supported and sponsored by the Foreign Office, from 31st August 2009 to 29th January 2010 in Leipzig University, Germany.

Vikas Kharadkar has coached the Indian basketball team and has won laurels to the nation. He has served as a national coach for the First Asian Beach Games held at Bali, Indonesia in 2008, First Asian Youth Games held at Singapore, Bronze Medal in 2009, First Asian Beach Basketball Championship held at Bali in 2008 winning the Bronze medal, 26th Sub Junior National Championship, held at Anandpur Sahib Punjab in 1999, West Zone Basketball Championship, held at Bhilwara, Rajasthan in 2000, Sub Junior National Champion held at Puducherry for the girls team and won the Silver Medal in 2002, 52nd Junior National Championship held at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh and won the Silver medal in 2001, Women Festival Basketball Championship held at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and won the Silver medal in 2011.

Vikas Kharadkar coached the Madhya Pradesh Senior Women Team for the 51st Senior National Championship held at Bengaluru in Karnataka which secured the 4th place, and the Junior National Basketball Championship held at Goa. Vikas Kharadkar coached for the Madhya Pradesh Police Team for the 50th All Indian Police Games held at Bhopal.
