Pankaj Bhadouria is an Indian Chef and also the winner of "MasterChef India Season 1" in the year 2010. She is also a celebrated culinary educationalist. She was a school teacher who quit a 16-year-old job to participate in the first season of MasterChef India. She has hosted the TV shows "Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka"on STAR Plus, "Kifayati Kitchen" and "3 Course with Pankaj" on Zee Khana Khazana, "Rasoi se- Pankaj Bhadouria ke Saath" and "Sales Ka Baazigar" on ETV.
Early Life of Pankaj Bhadouria
Pankaj Bhadouria was born on 14th July 1971 in New Delhi. She did her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, New Delhi and finished her higher education in Lucknow. She did her Bachelors in English, Masters in English Literature from Lucknow University and then took an in service Bachelors in Education as well from Lucknow University.
Career of Pankaj Bhadouria
Pankaj Bhadouria started her career in 1994 at City Montessori School, Lucknow, teaching English to High School students. From 1996, she was promoted to teach English to the Senior Secondary classes. She went on to teach till she was forced to quit her job in 2010 to participate in "MasterChef India Season 1".
Pankaj has been a part of 4 television shows hosting her own cookery shows, "Chef Pankaj ka Zayka" and the current show on air "Kifayati Kitchen". Her passion for cooking and serving has made her a well known person in India and overseas. She has been invited by many international food festivals held in New York and Britain. Pankaj is also invited as a motivational speaker to many places like TEDx IIT BHU, TEDx Bangalore, IBA Delhi, 3rd Women Entrepreneurship, New Delhi, International Youth Forum, Sharda University and many more.
She was the first MasterChef Winner worldwide to have an official MasterChef Cookbook in her name and has written two more cookery books.

Pankaj is also the face of the Brand Knorr- Cup a soup, Soups and Noodles and has shot an extensive TV Campaign and Print Campaigns for Knorr.
She is also the Brand Ambassador for MasterChef Travels Cox and Kings Worldwide.
She also endorsed Eastern Masalas, a leading Spice Brand in Southern India.
She was also the face of Taaza Tea, HUL, activity- Huunar Apka, Pehchaan Hamaari, an effort to recognize the hidden talents in women from small towns in Uttar Pradesh.
