Chilli Cheese Toast, Indian SnacksChilli Cheese Toast is very quick and easy snack or breakfast recipe that it can be prepared in only 20 minutes. It is perfect for evening snack or breakfast. This snack goes very well with a cup of smoking hot tea. There are many different ways of making chilli cheese toast recipe. For the cheese toppings, many use only chillies and cheese while many use chillies, capsicum and cheese while many use other ingredients as well. This recipe needs very few ingredients and gets ready in no time.

Ingredients of Chilli Cheese Toast:

•4 slices Wheat Bread
•1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
•1/4 tsp Black Pepper
•1 chopped Green Chilli
Salt to taste
•1/4 tsp grated Garlic
•1/4 cup chopped Tomatoes
•1/4 cup Coriander leaves
•Olive Oil

Methods:

•Take bread slices and toast in to a toaster till it gets very light golden colour.
•Now take mozzarella cheese in to a mixing bowl.
•To that add black pepper, green chilli, salt.
•Add grated garlic, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
•Add olive oil and mix well.
•Now put the mixture over toasted bread and spread that out evenly.
•Arrange bread on to a baking tray and broil for 2 to 3 mins.
•Serve hot.

Corn cheese toast is another variation of cheese toast which is also a simple and easy toast with corn which has been seasoned with herbs and cheese. Different herbs and spices can be used to make this corn cheese toast more delicious.

Chilli Cheese Toast, Indian Snacks
Ingredients of Corn Cheese Toast:

•10 Bread or Brown Bread
•5 to 6 Green Chillies
•1 inch Ginger finely chopped
•4 strands of Coriander leaves
•1 t/s Rock Salt
•1 tbsp Chat Masala
•3 tbsp Butter
•5 Cheese Slices
•1 Corn Cob boiled
•1 tbsp Sugar

Methods:

•Firstly boil the corn until tender.
•Chop ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies finely. Sprinkle rock salt, sugar and chat masala. Combine all of them with a spoon nicely.
•Now combine the above mixture into the boiled corn. Combine all with a spoon until all incorporates well.
•Take bread place cheese slice at the bottom.
•Add the corn mixture and spread evenly on the cheese slice.
•Now grill until golden brown in colour.
•Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
