![]() Early Life Sardara Singh Sardara Singh was born on July 15th 1986 in Haryana’s village named Sant Nagar in Sirsa District. His parents were Gurnam Singh, a RMP doctor and Jasveer Kaur, a housewife. Sports Career of Sardara Singh Sardar Singh made his debut for India in the junior team during India's 2003-2004 tour of Poland. He made his senior debut against Pakistan Hockey Team in the year 2006. He also played for his native state of Haryana Hockey Team. Sardar Singh is a Deputy Superintendent Police Officer with the Haryana Police and he also plays for their team. Sardar Singh played for Chandigarh Dynamos in the inaugural season of the Premier Hockey League in 2005. He played for Hyderabad Sultans, one of the teams in Hockey India League in the next three seasons till the year 2008. He captained in the side of Hyderabad Sultans as well. In the year 2010, Sardara Singh was included in the 18-men International Hockey Federation All-Star team. In the same year, he was signed by the Belgian club, KHC Leuven to play in the Belgian Hockey League. Following Singh's impressive showing at the 2013 Asia Cup, he was signed by the Dutch club, HC Bloemendaal as a replacement to "Teun de Nooijer".

Sardara Singh in Punjabi Music Industry Sardara Singh is also making his debut in the Punjabi Music Industry by getting featured in the song ‘Gallan Karraiyan’. The playback has been done by the Punjabi singer Hardeep Singh. The song has been written by Sukha Wadali and music is given by Jaidev Kumar. |
