Vyagrapureeswarar Temple, an ancient Hindu temple also known as Perumpuliyur, is located at Perumpuliyur near Thiruvaiyaru in Thanjavur district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

Vyagrapureeswarar Temple is one of the five shrines closely linked with the Shaivite saint Vyagrapada. The temple finds mention in the hymns composed by Sambandar in the Thevaram

Vyagrapureeswarar Temple, a Shaivite temple, faces the eastern direction. The presiding deity of the temple, Lord Shiva, is installed in the sanctum sanctorum or garbhagriha of the temple. The Shivalingam is installed in a circular yonipitha. Besides, there are shrines of Murugan, Ganesha, Dakshinamurthy, Chandikeswara, Nataraja, Valli, Deivayanai, Somaskanda, Ardhanareeswara, Bhairava and the Navagrahas.
