Shyam Lal Meena is a popular archer in the Indian sub continent born on 4rt May 1965 in Banswara in the Indian state of Rajasthan. He was a popular archer from India who made his name through his profession. The Government of India honoured him with an Arjuna award in 1989. He represented India at 1988 Summer Olympics. He belongs to the Meenas community of the Rajasthan.

Right from a very young age, Shyam Lal Meena was inclined to archery. This was a profession that always attracted him a lot and he made sure that right through his childhood he made efforts to reach the big stage.

He made lot of efforts to ensure that he could represent India in the game of archery.
