Established in the year 1982, the PES College of Pharmacy (PESCP) is a well known medical institution, situated in the city of Bangaluru, Karnataka. The college started functioning with the intention of providing quality education to the students of the state. The college has ever since remained committed to offer education to the Diploma, graduate and PG students who can meet the societal needs of safe and effective health Care. The students and faculty of the PESCP, Bangaluru have been continuously trying to create and impart knowledge, vital to the education and professional growth of students as pharmacist, healthcare professionals and research scholars.

PES College of Pharmacy, Bangaluru, Karnataka One of the main objectives of the PES College of Pharmacy (PESCP), Bangaluru is to provide education attuned towards preparing for a career in pharmaceutical industry, research and education. The college has got the approval of the State Government of Karnataka and it is also affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangaluru. The college is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), approved by AICTE and PCI, as well. The college is mainly committed to provide quality education and also to make its students to aim high and excel in their respective fields and to become responsible citizens.

The PES College of Pharmacy (PESCP), Bangaluru offers a large number of courses in different fields of pharmacy. The college offers professional, undergraduate, and graduate programs that are directed at several areas of the pharmaceutical sciences. The college initially started with offering the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) course in 1982, and after that, it started offering Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in 1986 and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in 2002. The courses are being offered in several specialisations like Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Analysis.

Apart from the above mentioned courses, the PES College of Pharmacy (PESCP), Bangaluru also offers a Ph. D course in pharmacy with specialisation in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. The college has many departments that are working relentlessly to facilitate the process of imparting education. Some of the major departments include the department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Analysis.
