Abhijit Kale Abhijit Vasant Kale is a former Indian cricketer of Maharashtra origin. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm offbreak bowler. Surendra Shriram Bhave Surendra Shriram Bhave is hailing from Pune in Pune District. He is a former Indian first-class cricketer who played for his home state Maharashtra from 1986 to 2001. Chandrakant Gulabrao "Chandu" Borde  Chandrakant Gulabrao also known as Chandu Borde is a former cricketer who was a member of the Indian cricket team between 1958 and 1970. He played many ODI and Test matches.
Chetan Pratap Singh Chauhan Chetan Pratap Singh Chauhan had played 40 Test matches for India. He moved to Pune, Maharashtra where his father, an Indian Army officer was posted. He played many tournaments with Sunil Gavaskar. Dinkar Balwant Deodhar Dinkar Balwant Deodhar was born in Pune. He is popularly known as the "Grand Old Man of Indian Cricket". He was an aggressive right-hand batsman and also a bowler known for his leg-breaks. He captained the Maharashtra team in Ranji Trophy (1939 -1940). Dnyaneshwar Agashe Dnyaneshwar Agashe was a cricketer and cricket administrator and philanthropist. He was Vice-President of Board of Control for Cricket in India from 1995 to 1999. Padmanabh Govind Joshi  Padmanabh Govind Joshi was a cricket player who kept wicket for India in Test cricket. He made his Test debut against England in the first Test at Delhi in Ranji Trophy 1951-52.
Swapnil Gugale Swapnil Gugale is an Indian first-class cricketer who plays for Maharashtra. In October 2016 during the 2016–2017 Ranji Trophy, he scored 351 runs not out in a match between Maharashtra and Delhi.
