 Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma college is previously called Sanatan Dharma College. It is a constituent college of Delhi University, which promotes education in co - educational mode. On 3rd August , 1959, Late Shri Atma Ram Chadha has established this college. With the vision of propagating education far this scholarly man also took the responsibility of chairing the governing body of this college in the year 1967.
Presently it is located at Dhaula Kuan, encompassing a total area of approximately 12.3 acres. It is really an institution of distinction with a treasure of well experience, qualified and competent faculty. Presently Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma college is now running under the chairmanship of , Mr. Chander Mohan Chadha .
The Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma college, Delhi has departments like Commerce , Economics, English, History , Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Chemistry, Sanskrit, Computer Science , Biology. Departments of science subjects also are equipped with good laboratories for conducting experiments and research.

BA (Hons) Courses on subjects like Economics, Hindi, History, Maths, Political Science are taught. Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College also inspires students to take part in social welfare activities. Its National Cadet, Cadet Corps (NCC) and National Service Scheme (NSS) wings are very active.
