Marma-Body, Mind and Spirit Massage (90 minutes)-This is an exotic massage with aromatic herbal oil stimulating the Marmas or the body`s vital pressure points. The massage begins with balancing the Marma of head followed by other points of body massaged by therapist`s feet and then by hand with long sweeping strokes. The treatment is followed by a healing, herbal body mask and finally concluded with a warm shower.

Anti Stress Head, Neck and Shoulder Message (30 minutes)- this massage assist to get relieved from sore and stress related tension. A totally relaxing massage is done on the neck and shoulder region while a gentle acupressure on the scalp relieves stress from head.

Padabhyanga Foot and Leg Massage (25 minutes)- The feet of the client is first soothed in the bath of essential oils and thereafter a revitalizing massage of foot and lower leg with herbal oil. The treatment incorporates pressure point therapy to stimulate and balance body`s internal organs.

Adam and Eve Serenity (50 minutes)- This massage is specially designed for couples. This is a highly relaxing massage applied by two therapists, using a very special blend of aroma oils. The massage provides unique experience to the lover couples by enhancing their romance and closeness.

Aú Serenity Full Body Massage (50 minutes)- This massage is pampering of body by using aromatherapy oil blends. The rejuvenating, harmonizing and healing properties of essential oils stimulate the body through rhythmatic touch. The oil should be chosen according to the mood.

Soothing Hot Stone Massage (90 minutes)- It is said that water smoothed stones harness the vitality and healing properties of water, In this popular treatment, heated stones are collected from the river beds of South India and are used. The heated stones emit heat that is deep penetrating in the body and the traditional massage combined with it, relieves tension and reduces muscle sores.

Sports Massage (50 Minutes)- This massage is particularly beneficial for them who want to get rid of tight and sore muscles. This is a deeply penetrating massage that is performed with a selection of aromatic creams. This massage helps to keep one very active.

Serena Dhara (60 minutes)- This is a pleasant interpretation of a very popular and beneficial Ayurveda treatment. Serena Dhara starts with a synchronized body message done by two therapists at a time. Then a fine stream of warm oil is poured in the `third eye` area on the forehead while hands and legs are gently massaged. The total procedure has a deepest relaxing effect on the brain and brings a feeling of serenity and expanded consciousness. It calms down the stress and coordinates mind, body and spirit. This treatment brings total tranquillity in a person.
