Dehu Road, Maharashtra
Dehu Road is a town situated in the Pune district of Maharastra.

Dehu Road is a cantonment town in Pune district in the western state of India, Maharashtra. The newly constructed Mumbai Pune Express Highway starts from Dehu Road.

According to the 2001 census report, Dehu Road in Maharashtra had a population of 46,900 inhabitants. Males constitute 53% of the population and female constitute 47% of the population. In Dehu Road, 12% of the population is less than six years of age. Dehu Road has an average literacy rate of 74%, which is higher than the national average literacy rate, which is 59.5%. The male literacy rate is 80% and the female literacy rate is 67%. The literacy rate is high owing to good educational facilities. The oldest and prominent school of the area is the St. Jude High School. One of the oldest Kendriya Vidyalaya is situated here.
