Sardhawa, Charita, State Of Mind
Sardhawa is one of the Charitas which means the States of Mind.

In Buddhism there are six Principles or Charitas, which are the states of mind. Sardhawa is one of Charitas which means confidence. Sardhawa is the principle which the Buddhist priests are taught to cultivate. The priest who has attained this condition is always cheerful.

The lists of other Charitas are Raga, Dwesa, Moha, Budhi and Witarka. By uniting together of the first three, four more charitas are produced. Similarly uniting the last three charitas, four more are produced. So there are total fourteen charitas.
