Yogesh Ashok Golwalkar is a left-handed batsman of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket team.

Yogesh Golwalkar is a left-handed batsman of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket team. He was born on February 13, 1980 at Indore in Madhya Pradesh. He is also known as `Sonu`. His full name is Yogesh Ashok Golwalkar.

This legbreak bowler of Madhya Pradesh Cricket team has also played for the Essex 2nd XI, Rest of India, India A, Plate Group A and Middlesex Cricket team. He had his "First-class" cricket career debut in 2000/01. Till then, Yogesh Golwalkar has played in altogether 39 "First-class" matches with an average of 8.80. His total score in these matches is 370 runs and his highest score in any of the "First-class" matches is 41 runs. Jai Prakash Yadav, Kulamani Parida and Amit Mishra mostly dismissed Yogesh Golwalkar in these matches.

His total score in these matches is 26 runs and his highest in any of these matches is six runs. Brendan Taylor, Sanjay Bangar and Sumit Mathur mostly dismissed Yogesh Golwalkar in the "List A" matches.

Whereas with ball in hand, Yogesh Golwalkar has picked up 23 wickets by losing 798 balls out of the 1085 balls he played in the "List A" matches. His bowling average is 34.69 and economy is 4.41 in these matches. He dismissed Ranjit Paradkar and Raja Ali mostly in the "List A" matches. Yogesh Golwalkar debuted for Madhya Pradesh Cricket team when he was 20 years old. After that he got recognized nationally and got selected for the India A tour of Zimbabwe and Kenya in 2004. But he has mostly played for the Madhya Pradesh Cricket team
