Doddanarasiah Ganesh is a right-handed batsman of the Karnataka Cricket team. He was born on June 30, 1973 in Bangalore, Karnataka. Apart from playing for the Karnataka Cricket team, he has also played for the Plate Group A, south Zone, India A, Rest of India and the Indian Cricket team. He is also a right-arm medium pace bowler of the team.
Doddanarasiah Ganesh started playing in the "First-class" cricket matches in 1994/95. Till then, he has played in altogether 104 "First-class" matches with an average of 18.39. He has made his total score of 2023 runs, which includes one century and seven half-centuries. The maximum score made by Doddanarasiah Ganesh in any of the "First-class" matches is 119 runs and his striking rate is 49.5. Neil McGarrell, Lance Klusener and Narendra Hirwani dismissed him mostly in these matches.
