Dona Paula Beach
Dona Paula Beach is 7 km from Panaji. The beach is named after Dona Paula de Menzes, daughter of a Viceroy, during the regime of British East India Company, who threw herself off the cliff, when refused permission to marry a local fisherman, Gaspar Dias. The story says that Dona Paula is entombed in the Cabo Chapel of the Raj Bhawan and is supposed to be seen emerging from the moonlit waves wearing only a pearl necklace. One can also enjoy sightseeing of the nearby attractions such as the Cabo Raj Bhavan, the British Cemetery, the Goa Science Museum and the St Inez cemetery.

Vainguinim Beach
Vainguinim beach is an isolated beach located at about seven kilometres south from the heart of the city of Panjim, Goa. The beach has a vast stretch of shoreline. This place is suitable for those who are looking for a peaceful place for some quiet moments in weekend.

Miramar Beach
Miramar Beach is a gorgeous golden beach fringed with palm trees. The soft sands of the beach makes it the best site for evening walks. The word, "Miramar" in Portuguese means "viewing the sea". From there, this beach is named as Miramar Beach. The tourists can experience the sight of the convergence of the Arabian Sea and Mandovi River from the Miramar Beach at Goa. The thick coppice of shady palms forms a thick canopy over the area, adding to the beauty of this place.
