Oranda is a village located in the Cuttack district</b> in Odisha. Oranda is located 16 kilometres north of the Cuttack district headquarters and 38 kilometres from the Bhubaneswar state capital. Oranda is on the border of the Cuttack district and Dhenkanal district of Odisha.
As per the constitution of India and Panchayat Raj Act, the village of Oranda is administrated by an elected "Sarpanch", who serves as head and representative of the village.
