Mahamrityunjaya Panchmukhee Shiv Mandir is located in the Ratanpur town, about 25 km from Bilaspur . It is situated close to the ancient Mahamaya Devi Mandir. The presiding deity consecrated is Lord Shiva, in the form of a Shivling. The temple built of red stone, is believed to be the origin of the Mahamaya statue. Devotees are of the faith that the deity shall fulfill their wishes if they perform a proper puja and hang a coconut wrapped in red cloth on the tree before the main temple.
