Hindusthan College of Arts & Science has a well-equipped library, with a collection of more than 40,000 books on different subjects apart from magazines, journals and newspapers. For providing knowledge about issues of the world, the college library stocks various books of India and foreign countries in their latest editions. One also can find books on different regional languages like Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam. Wide-ranging laboratories are built in departments like Catering & Hotel Management, Electronics, Computers, Visual Communication and Biological research centers. Hostel facilities for both male and female students are provided separately by the institution. The Placement cell of Hindusthan College of Arts & Science has been created so that it can provide appointment opportunities for the students. Every department consists of an association of its own where regular activities like debates, paper presentation, workshops and displays are organised on regular basis. The English Association, Quiz Club, Photographic club, N.S.S (National Service Scheme) deserve mentioning.
