Chiragh Kumar is an Indian professional golfer. He came in the lime light of national and international level golf tournaments after joining in 2006 Asian Games.

Chiragh Kumar, Indian Golf PlayerChiragh Kumar is an Indian golf player. He was born on 15th December 1983. Chiragh Kumar came in the national arena golf hemisphere after wining a silver medal in the year 2006, as an amateur golf player in 2006 Asian Games. Later in the same year Chiragh Kumar joined with the Professional Golf Tour of India.

Sports Career of Chiragh Kumar
In the year 2011, Chiragh Kumar won three times. There he was the leading money-winner on tour and was named tour player of the year. He made a good career graph in Hero Honda Indian Open, sponsored by Hero Honda. It is an Asian Golf Tournament. There Chiragh Kumar was the halfway leader and went on to finish second to David Gleeson in the tournament. His winnings from the Hero Honda Indian Golf Tournament saw him end the year as 21st on the Asian Tour Order of Merit, giving him a full tour card for the first time. Chiragh Kumar bagged four winnings in professional golf tournament and also having four winnings of Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) tournament. In the year 2010, Chiragh Kumar also won the LG Masters of PGTI (Tour Championship) and PGTI Players Championship. In the year 2011, he also won the BILT Open and in 2013, he won Sri Lanka Ports Authority Open.
