Canaguinim Beach, GoaCanaguinim beach is a sea beach of Arabian Sea, located in South Goa. This sea beach of pristine beauty is studded with sedimentary rocks and lies to the south of the Betul beach of Goa.

Canaguinim beach has a low wall around it and also has some sedimentary rocks and a river inlet at the end of the beach. Canaguinim beach is covered with sandy rocks and becomes isolated. A stony beach of grey beauty, Canaguinim beach is located in the Quepem taluka of South Goa.

Canaguinim Beach consists of two amazing beaches North Canaguinim Beach and South Canaguinim Beach. These beaches are surrounded by lush wild vegetation, covered with golden sand and washed by warm waters of the Arabian Sea. The tourism in Canaguinim beach opens way for experiencing perfect and magical fusion of luxuriant green sea shore, crystal clear waters and calmingly pristine beach environment.

Near the Canaguinim beach one can find a number of smaller beaches of Goa, which offer not only the natural beauty, but also the water-sports activities. Before reaching Canaguinim Beach one can come across a beach called Zorint beach that can be reached from a fresh water stream via a small valley situated to the south of a stony plateau.

Canaguinim beach is also famous for some superb views of Cabo de Rama fort, which is situated towards the south end of the beach. The water world of Canaguinim Beach terminating with stretch of the silver sand is swim safe and greenery of sea shore makes it, the place for doing photo-shoot by the professional and amateur photographers.

After the Canaguinim beach one comes across the Nuvem beach that is a tiny beach which is full of red and black stones. There are many buses that run from Margao to Cabo de Rama fort, a Portuguese fort of medieval origin, which is situated nearby that stop at Canaguinim Beach. The beaches of Canaguinium, that is North Canaguinim beach and South Canaguinim beach are very suitable for those who like to spend their holidays in isolation. To get the Goa Cuisine, one will need to go to the Canaguinim village, which is situated at about 800 meters from the shoreline of Arabian Sea.
