The beach is located at a distance of 64 kilometers from Mumbai. It is located off the west coast of Virar. The town of Virar is a major centre for real estate development. The fact that the beach is not situated within the limits of the Mumbai suburbs makes it an ideal destination for refreshment.

The nearest airport is situated in Mumbai which has excellent frequency of flights from all parts of India. If one wants to reach the spot by train then one can avail fast train to virar. Virar is the last station on north suburb. The beach is also well linked by road network. The Mumbai Ahmedabad Highway provides a vital link to the rest of the country.
