Amrita Nada Upanishad also provides details regarding Mantra pronunciation, rules of meditation and exercises, divine nature of the Brahma and the manner to achieve salvation. This Upanishad mentions six parts of the body. While doing meditation the things that should be kept in mind, three ways of Pranayama have been discussed.
In the second state air should be stopped within the body. In the third state or Rachak, the air is thrown out of the body through nose. Chanting of mantras in a proper Yoga posture brings peace of mind and good thoughts.
Amrita Nada Upanishad also speaks of the benefits of Pranayama. It says that by practicing this purity of soul can be achieved thereby ending confusion and helps in taking the right decision.
This Upanishad also describes the beauty of the Scriptures. It says that if one reads scriptures, one gets the knowledge on the nature of Parabrahma. If one meditates on Omkar one can achieve happiness, peace and salvation.
