Angoor Sherbet, Indian SherbetAngoor Sherbet is an Indian Sherbet which is prepared from ripe black grapes or green grapes which is rich in vitamin C. It is an ideal summer drink which can be served as refreshing drink before or after lunch and provides immediate cooling effect.

Angoor Sherbet is prepared with various ways, however homemade Angoor Sherbet is ideal as it does not contain any preservatives as compared to the store bought one which is high in sugar and chemical preservatives for long shelf life.

Ingredients for Angoor Sherbet:

•Black Grapes or Green Grapes - 2 cups
•Water - 1/2 cup
•Sugar or honey or any sweetener to taste
•Ice cubes - 2 to 3 (optional)

Method:
1. In a blender, add grapes and 1/4 cup water and puree it.
2. Then add 1/4 cup water and blend it again.
3. Strain using a juice strainer. Press the puree nicely to extract as much juice as possible.
4. Add honey or sugar if required. Pour into a glass, add 2 ice cubes and serve chilled.
