Kamini Jha is a renowned Indian Chef who is the Chief Chef of ‘The Oberoi’ and is famous for her Tandoori style of cooking. She endeavoured in cooking "Paneer Tikka", "Naan", "Ajwain Macchi" and other Tandoori dishes.
Career of Kamini Jha
Kamini Jha first entered her home kitchen at 10, and recalls that she felt comfortable there. Being a passionate cook, Kamini always felt cooking as her favourite pass time. At a young age she has become one of the very few women chefs in India to head the tandoor section at Oberoi’s.
Kamini Jha has proved her mettle through sheer hard work and determination. She has not only survived in the industry but also made it big. She is the ‘Queen’ in preparing Tandoori dishes in The Oberoi.
