Vaibhav Mahajan, Indian ChefVaibhav Mahajan is an Indian Chef and a culinary expert who began his journey 10 years ago with well-regarded ITC Hotels, polishing his skills in the famed kitchens under the watchful guidance of its culinary masters. Vaibhav believes in his forte he has developed during his duration at ITC. Menu conceptualisation and materialization was an every day exercise and quality output and delivery was of the highest priority. Now a food stylist and visiting faculty at two professional schools of photography, Vaibhav also heads food and beverage operations at "Auriga" - restaurant and lounge.

Career of Vaibhav Mahajan Vaibhav Mahajan is backed by a bachelor"s degree in Commerce and a Diploma in hotel management. His first industrial expose was at The Taj Mahal, Mumbai. After various accolades at his alma mater, Vaibhav started his career at ITC"s "Grand Maratha Sheraton" in 2003.

In the Welcomgroup Management Institute he was exposed to various managerial aspects and acquired new dimensions to his culinary repertoire. Vaibhav successfully graduated with "A" grades as a "Junior Sous Chef" and was subsequently posted to Mumbai at “Grand Maratha Sheraton". Since then Vaibhav has had two stints at the "Peshwa Pavilion", ITC"s signature coffee shop in promoted capacities. Vaibhav has the distinction of launching "West View: The Grill Room" at ITC Maratha - a luxury collection hotel. Vaibhav was in charge of the luxury banqueting when his love for creativity and resource management lured him to his current profile - "Food Styling & Culinary Concepts".

Chef Vaibhav has been at the centre of things, be it Styling of product, Reviving the Menu, Testing a Recipe or Developing a New Concept. He is also academically decorated with various awards and recognitions. Vaibhav has multiple feathers in his hat; as a Chef, Food Stylist, Culinary Consultant, Anchor Host at Zee Khana Khazana and Food and Culinary Educationist. In addition, he is also a visiting faculty as a Food Stylist at School of photography, Pune and Magic Pixel"s "Udaan", Mumbai.
