Career of Rohit Khurana Born on November 20, 1983 in Delhi Rohit Khurana began his career as a model in the country’s capital. He appeared on TV for the first time in the serial ‘Choti Maa: Ek Anokha Bandhan’ in the year 2001, in a minor role. He later made his breakthrough on television in 2009, playing the role of Vansh in ‘Uttaran’, the daily soap airing on Colors TV. During this period, he also played a cameo role in STAR One’s ‘Miley Jab Hum Tum’, as Dhruv in 2010, as well as appearing in a supporting role in STAR Plus’ ‘Maayke Se Bandhi Dor’, as Bhaskar in 2011. In 2011, he also made his debut in films with the Hindi film ‘Men Will Be Men’, playing the character of Sunder. Thereafter, he appeared in three multilingual films in 2012, namely Tamil film ‘Billa II’ as Satish Kumar, Telugu film ‘Sangamam’ in a supporting role and Punjabi film ‘Dil Tainu Karda Ae Pyar’, in the role of a cop. He also appeared in 2013 Punjabi film ‘Singh vs Kaur’, playing the negative role of Roop. In the same year, he received the lead role of Madhav Periwal a.k.a. RJ Ehsaas, in Sony TV's show ‘Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat’ and in November the very year, he was roped in for the negative role of Shaurya Singhania in Colors TV’s ‘Sasural Simar Ka’. Rohit Khurana was last seen as the negative lead Jamaal Peshawari in Zee TV’s ‘Lajwanti’ and in the positive role of Rohan in STAR Plus’ ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’ for a brief period, both in 2015. In 2015, he appeared in the Indian action film ‘MSG-2 The Messenger’, alongside Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh and Arpit Ranka, playing a cop.
