Neetu David is a current player of women cricket team. She plays as a left-arm spinner for Indian cricketteam. David happens to be the highest wicket taker in ODI and third highest wicket takers in Test matches. Having taken 8 for 53 versus England Women in 1995, she also has the numbers for best bowling analysis in women Test cricket matches. Though she retired from international matches in 2006, but she returned to the fray in 2008 again.
In the domestic circuit she plays for Railways Cricket Team- the team which has helped her immensely to hone are spinning bowling skills. Her short height might have been a problem throughout her career, but all throughout her career she has used her short height to a great advantage, while bowling. She bowls flight deliveries giving the ball a good amount of spin. Although, the art of looping the ball has reduced to a great degree in the recent years but she continues to be effective as ever.
With her experience in the international cricket she is a difficult bowler to face. And if the wicket offer some bounce of the pitch, then she can be lethal.
