Meghalaya Cricket Association is the administrative body of activities related to Cricket in the state of Meghalaya and the Meghalaya Cricket Team. It is affiliated to the Board of Control for Cricket in India as Affiliate Member. With the help of the apex body it conducts games of both domestic and international significance. Initially MCA was under Assam Cricket Association and players from Meghalaya used to participate in the Ranji Trophy from the Assam state team. However in 2008 BCCI granted affiliation to this association.
The Meghalaya Cricket Association supports, promotes and develops cricket by conducting various League Tournaments, Tournaments for the age group Under-13, Under-15, Under-17, and Under-19, Under-22 and Under-25 categories besides organising and conducting National Tournaments.
