Greater Noida Cricket Stadium is still under construction. This stadium is located near the Greater Noida region, along the Buddh International Circuit. The entire construction of the stadium is expected to get completed by the end of 2011.
The total seating capacity of the stadium is 40,000. But with time the capacity is expected to increase to 100,000. The structure of the stadium is expected to be like the famous Lord's stadium in England.
If everything goes according to the plan, cricket fans may not have to go to London to see Lord's Cricket Ground, as the cricket stadium in the city will be designed analogous to it.
