Kinesis Tennis Training & Coaching Academy is a premier professional tennis training institute of the country. Former Indian Captain and International Basketball Star, R. Rajan has specially contributed in the development of a tennis-explicit cross-training basketball course. There is a 40 member team at the Kinesis Tennis Training & Coaching Academy. It includes sports psychologist, qualified coaches, professional trainers, junior coaches, and other administrative and ground staff. Kinesis Tennis Training & Coaching Academy was founded by Krishna Kumar, who is United States Professional Tennis Registry (USPTR) certified. He is the Director of this academy and he has tennis coaching experience with almost over a decade. He strives to maintain a very high standard for this academy. Another renowned personality, Capt. Pavan Murthy, USPTA, PTR Charter Member is an advisor of this academy.
Internationally certified USPTR system is followed by the academy. Here, at Kinesis Tennis Training & Coaching Academy, the training programmes are specifically designed in such a way that it meets the needs of candidates of different ages and abilities. For instance, there is an introductory training programme at the youngest level meant for the kids aged between 5 years to 7 years. Children above the age of 7 years and within 16 years are divided into 'Beginner', 'Intermediate' and the 'Advanced' levels. Accordingly, the curriculum is designed and modified in order to suit the changing skill and standard levels. The Kinesis Tennis Training & Coaching Academy team of coaches and junior coaches are authorized by the USPTR. Moreover, many of them have extra certification from the ITF. Kinesis Tennis Training & Coaching Academy has three major academies located at three different parts of the city of Bangalore. These parts are Whitefield (AECS Layout), Airport Road (Yelmur) and Hennur (Kothanur) in Bangalore, Karnataka.
