Early Life of Ankur Nayyar
Ankur Nayyar was born on May 27, 1977, in
Pathankot,
Punjab. In the year 2000, he bagged the Gladrags Manhunt North India and later represented the North Zone at the Gladrags Manhunt All India Finals, where he was placed in the top 5. He successfully modelled in ad commercials for Maruti Alto, Rotomac Pen, Nivea Cream, Dollar Body Warmer, M. L. Freedom Bike, Kodak movie, Nestle Bar One Chocolate, Ponds Deodorant and Atlas Cycles. He also shot videos for well-known singers, the likes of
Jagjit Singh and
Shubha Mudgal.

Mahadev, both of which aired on Life OK till 2014. He is currently seen as supporting antagonist Indrajit in STAR Plus historical epic daily TV series Siya Ke Ram.
