Kutch Utsav or Kutch Mahotsav is an important festival of Gujarat organized by the TCGL.

Known as the land of fancy and fair, trump and festivity, Kutch is a vibrant and an exotic land visited by large number of tourists every year. Kutch Utsav or Kutch Mahotsav is an important festival of Gujarat organized by the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd. (TCGL).
