Everyone in the Indian television industry by now must have been acquainted with the name of Moonmoon Banerjee. For those who are not, she is the girl who essays the character of Sampada in `Kasautii Zindagii Kay`. In this soap her track was introduced as a person with a very cordial bond with male protagonist of the daily, Anurag Basu (played by Cezanne Khan). Gradually she starts falling head over heels in love with Anurag and is always there to support him in his joys and woes. Her track was expected to take an interesting turn after she tied the knot and as expected her character took a complete turn from positive to negative.
Moonmoon Banerjee has also been highly acclaimed for her brief roles in two Balaji chartbuster shows `Kkusum` and `Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi`.
