Satyapiatisthayam knyaphalasrayatvam, Patanjali Yoga SutraThe satyapiatisthayam knyaphalasrayatvam sutra describes about the genuineness of one`s statement, regarding the thoughts and assertiveness in it. If every cell harmonises in their own way, an accord can be achieved, not false statements.

satya truth, sincerity, genuineness, honesty
pransthayam firmly established
kriya action
phalah results
asrayatvam substratum, foundation, dependence

When the sadhaka is firmly established in the practice of truth, his words become so potent that whatever he says comes to realisation.

Many think that they speak the truth, but truth is causal, not integrated and cellular. For example, if one says `I will never eat chocolates again`, as long as one cell of the body holds back and discords with the others, success is not guaranteed. If the stated intention is totally unconditional, not one cell feigning, then one creates the reality one wishes. It is not the mind, but the inner voice of one`s cells which has the power to implement one`s designs.
