Pulli pulli is a very fun game among the children of South India. For this dots are used. Dots are the fun game to play in the car in study hall or on a rainy afternoon. One need nothing more than a playing partner, a sheet of paper and a pen, and one will have fun for hours. Pulli pulli is one of the most favourite board game always played as an indoor game. It is often played not only among the students, but also it is a favourite pastime game. One can play the game while he or she will travel in the train.

Things to play Pulli pulli
For Pulli pulli, one to need to keep the following items to play this game. Two or more players, Paper, Pen or pencil are required to keep in playing this game.

Steps to play Pulli pulli
First, one is required to make a dots board in a blank piece of paper by drawing evenly spaced dots in a grid pattern. The board can be large or as small as one need to like or based upon the time one needs to play, but make sure there are same numbers of dots across as there are up and down.

The first player draws a single line between two adjacent dots anywhere in the dots board. The line should be vertical or horizontal and can only connect two dots together. The next player does the same.

The object of Pulli pulli is to create complete box shapes, comprised of four lines connected between four dots. When a player completes a square, he or she initials neatly inside the square. Once a player has completed a box and initialled it, he gets a second turn.

Continue drawing lines until there are no more moves left. There is a need to count the number of boxes each player has initialled. The winner is the player who has the most number of boxes at the end of the game.

The larger one make the Dots board, the longer the game will last, so one need to customize the size of the playing board to the amount of time one need to play.
