A woman when very much in love with a man doesn't like to hear the name of other girl, or to have any conversation regarding her. She can become offended even to be addressed by her name through mistake. At this situation she becomes furious and a great quarrel arises. She does many foul actions like she cries, becomes angry, strikes her lover, falls from her bed or seat, casting aside her garlands and ornaments, or throws herself down on the ground. ![]() At this situation he should try to settle her with appeasing words, and should take her up carefully and place her on the bed. But she angrily bends down his head by pulling his hair, and kicked him several times on his arms, head, bosom, back, or shoulder and finally goes towards the door. But Dattaka says that she doesn't go out but cries a lot sitting at the door. After sometime, when she cools down and reminds the appeasing words of her partner, she embraces him, taking to him though with harsh and accusing words, shows the intention of getting united. When the woman is in her own house and the quarreling starts, the situation becomes more complicated. To show the grade of her angriness she leaves him and afterwards the Vita, the Vidushaka or the Pithamarda comes to pacify her, she should come with them back to the house, and spend the night with her lover. Thus end the love quarrels in a very romantic way. |
