Lazarus Barla was born on November 4, 1979 in Savnamara, near Sundargarh, Orissa. He is a field hockey player, plays in the position called defender from India. Lazarus Barla belongs to the Oraon tribe of Chota Nagpur. In January 1998, he has made his international senior debut for the Men`s National Team.
