The blockbuster show on Star Plus titled `Kahiin To Hoga` had carved out a niche for itself in the hearts of young and passionate lovers. Inspite of being aired on the Star Plus channel at late night, it enjoyed soaring popularity.

It is a story based on the life of five sisters named Kashish, Mehek, Mollie, Kanan and Charu. They were like five fingers of the same hand, each very different from the other but connected to a root based on middle-class values.

The elder daughter of the Sinha household, Kashish was the epitome of middle-class values, character with whom everyone would relate instantly. She is the most beautiful, honest and dutiful daughter and values relation more than anything. Her love story is also of the unusual kind and meets an unusual fate. She falls in love with the rich, young and handsome industrialist Sujal Grewal (played by Rajeev Khandelwal and Gurpreet Singh) but ends up marrying his best friend Piyush Raheja (played by Rohit Bakshi). This incident leads to a grave misunderstanding between Sujal and Kashish. The former aims to take revenge from the latter by ruining the happiness of her husband.

The life of Kashish took an interesting turn from here on and she aimed to follow the path of her destiny and question all the beliefs she ever stood for. The central love story of the soap affected not only the couple but also the life of the other sisters. As the story proceeded on Sujal tried to create a lot of misunderstanding between Kashish and Piyush but landed up being unsuccessful every time and bringing the couple even more close. At last when he decided to follow the course of his own life, life takes a shocking turn and Piyush gets killed in a road accident. The story from here moves on with a number of twists and turns in the life of all the characters. In the end the lovers get united and the soap has a happy ending.

Because of the romantic nature of the story and excellent performances of all the actors `Kahiin To Hoga` managed to rule the charts of television serials even in United Kingdom. The God-gifted beauty and vibrant personality of Amna Sharif, the lead actress of the soap added the extra xing to the show. The soap also had a song "thoda sa pyar hua hai, thoda hai baakee" from the Bollywood chartbuster `Mainey Dil Tujhko Diya` starring Sohail Khan and Sameera Reddy.

The audiences have not only accepted the soap with much enthusiasm but have also made their favorite pair win the Star Parivaar `Favorite Jodi` Awards`. There was one point of time when the soap queen decided not to continue with the show but then the rising popularity made her not only continue with the show but also plan the episodes for the post-leap period. But unfortunately the leap did not take place and the serial came to an end after the lovers got united. The fans of `kahiin To Hoga` wishes that a shoe like this comes on air very soon featuring their favorite actors.
