Ezhudesam is a small settlement in Kanyakumari district of the southern sate of India, Tamil Nadu. Spread over an area of 11 sq. km. it is surrounded by Kollemcode in the northwest, Pudukadai in the northeast and Killiyur in the east. The nearest airport is the Trivandrum International airport. Kuzhithurai Railway Station is the nearest railway station and Nagercoil Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railhead. Ezhudesam can be accessed from Nagercoil and Kuzhithurai by road.
According to the 2001 India census report, the population of Ezhudesam was 18,652 inhabitants. Males and females constitute an equal proportion of the population.
