Yash Tonk is believed to be a very popular actor on the small screen who is always very enthusiastic to take up myriad roles. Recently Yash Tonk is seen appearing in another popular K-series soap `Karam Apna Apna` as the character of Shiv Kapoor. Here he is seen playing an individual who is very charismatic and loves going around with the women folk. He has very good business sense and his father has very high hopes regarding him. He has a very volatile relationship with his ladylove Ipshita but due to his `kundali` issue he had to let go off his love and marry a simple and ordinary girl Gauri. Yash also appeared with his real-life spouse Gauri in the celebrity dance show `Nach Baliye 2 ` and was declared the first runner-up of the show.
