Vikas Bhalla, the popular actor with sexy-boyish looks has made a mark in the hearts of the small screen audiences by his power packed character portrayal of Aryan in the famous soap `Tum Bin Jaaon Kahan` by Aruna Irani. It is based on the character of Aryan (played by Vikas Bhalla) who meets Muskaan (played by Jividha) in a marriage ceremony and falls head over heels in love with her but her mother wants her to tie the knot as per the choice of the family. They decided to elope but unfortunately she meets with an accident and dies on the spot. Then the story continues with the rebirth of Muskaan.

This extremely talented star is a multi-faceted personality and has dabbled in films, television and a singing career. Way back in the year 1995 he was heading towards U.S.A. to pursue a degree in management but when he got a call to star in the biggest movie series and that too opposite the Bollywood beauty Karishma Kapoor he could not restrain himself. He decided to postpone the MBA program for six months but then destiny had something else in store for him. He made his acting debut in the television series and then continued his struggle to make a mark in the Indian film and television industry and also give a boost to his singing career. He is trained and has also obtained a diploma in Hindustani classical music from Allahabad University. The superhit album `Awara` was a result of this talent of his. He would also love to do a fusion album, which will connect him completely to the world of music. He would also love to explore the combination of Indian classical vocals with a very westernized sound and arrangement.

Since his passion lied in singing he was struggling in the early 1990s to bag singing offers. Soon after he met the renowned director Sudhakar Bhosle and before he could recover from the shock he was shooting for his first film `Sauda` which had a powerful star cast including Kajol, Ayesha Jhulka, Manisha Koirala and Neelam. Following that he gave his best shot to films but they were not impressive enough to woo the audience on a grand scale. Then he moved on to television and music and now he is again back to films. It is at this time that she was offered the lead roles in the two very popular soaps `Tum Bin Jaaon Kahan` and `Shanno Ki Shaadi`.

The later one was a hilarious soap and his character underwent different shades. He essays the role of an NRI who has come to India in search of a bride and comes into Shanno`s life accidentally. Cupid struck both of them but that was just the beginning of their relationship woes. He had to struggle through endless problems like that of completing seven tough conditions and finally gets married to Shanno. Simultaneously he also appeared in the very popular soap `Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin` in Sony Television. The hunk has also created waves with his powerful role in `Jassi` as CJ, Poorab`s friend and was responsible for being caught in the clinch that cost Jassi her marriage with Armaan. He will be seen in a mix of two shades in this particular character portrayal.

Recently Vikas Bhalla was seen in the Bollywood flick `Marigold` starring the Bollywood star Salman Khan. He was also seen in a movie called `Pyar Mein Twist` starring Rishi Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia. He even wooed the audience by his role in a Hindi-Punjabi bilingual titled `Chudiyan` paired opposite Gracy singh. His fans also saw him in his recently released solo music album titled `Sajna`. Though the music career of Vikas Bhalla did not lead anywhere, the curve of his acting career is definitely on an upward move. In his personal life also Vikas Bhalla is a very happy and contented individual. He is married and also has a daughter by the name of Sanchi.
