Rucha Gujrati is a very popular face in the television industry. This young, bubbly and talented actress was born on 24th January. Her dad is a pathologist and her mother is a homemaker. She has two younger twin sisters Prachi and Esha who are inclined towards the study of medicine. After completing her schooling from Mary Immaculate High School in Borivilli she did a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology. Rucha Gujrati has also worked as a child artiste. After completing her degree she did some films like `Sahebzade`, `Shikari`, `Dancer`, `Hum Hain Kamal Ke` and a soap titled `Tak Dhina Dhin`. Soon after she got tempted by the world of glamour and did not continue with her career in Pathology. She is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer.

Rucha Gujrati catapulted to fame by appearing in a negative role in the famous soap `Kkusum` as the spoilt brat of the rich and famous industrialist Abhay Kapoor. She worked for the soap nearly for two years. She has also worked in the STAR Plus noon show `Bhabhi`. She is also seen in other serials like `Rihahee`, `Waaris`, `Waqt Batayga Kaun Apna Kaun Paraya`, `Shh Phir Koi Hain`, `Saas v/s Bahu` reality dance show. Apart from serials Rucha has also appeared in in Music Albums by Gurdas Mann, Pankaj Udhas, Vaishali Samant. With many other roles in her kitty, Rucha Gujrati is sure to shine in the years to come.
