In the serial she played the role of Niyati who belonged to a middle class family buy was married to a very affluent family. She also played the role of younger sister Shobha in the popular television serial `Kyuki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.` Ritu Chaudhary was also offered a role in `Chausath Panne.`
