Mansi Salve is quite a familiar face on television. Her career in the world of glamour took off when she was selected by a renowned ad agency for an ad campaign. The agency was looking for a fresh face and they selected her instantly without any audition and screen tests. Soon after that she managed to bag roles in the popular soaps under different productions houses. She has delivered fabulous performances in soaps like `Ashirwad`, `Koi Apna Sa`, and `Saarthi`. Soon after she was offered the lead role in the soap `Sati`.

In the serial `Sati` she plays the character of the girl Sati who fights for truth and justice. Her character is very strong in the sense that she signifies her fight against crime on the women folk. In the serial `Saarthi` also she makes a significant contribution to the plot as the sister-in-law of the female lead. She is caring and loving by nature and craves for being the mother of a child and also goes out of her way to adopt an orphan child inspite of several objections raised by the family. The sudden death of her husband shatters her spirit to the core but soon after she manages to stand up and protect her family against all the odds.

In the other soap `Aashirwad` she used to play the love interest of another popular television anchor and actor Hussain. In `Koi Aapna Sa` under Balaji Productions she plays the lead actress. At present she works day and night to present her fans with much more poignant performances in the approaching times. With her dedication she is soon going to occupy a special place in the hearts of the small screen viewers.

Mansi Salve has proved herself as an adept actor in a very short span. She has also worked in two Marathi films but unlike other television actors who want to try their luck in bollywood, the charming actress is not too keen on joining the Bollywood bandwagon. She does not seem to be enraptured by the glamour of the Bollywood film industry because she claims that Bollywood does not charm her. She claims that she has made inroads in the glam world without putting in much effort unlike others who have to struggle day and night to procure meaty roles in different assignments.

While commenting on the `saans-bahu` flicks she says that such roles hardly come her way. She has always been offered roles where women are achievers in respective fields and has always selected work intuitively. She also denies that the soap queen Ekta Kapoor had been a very tough taskmaster. In fact she claims that Ekta Kapoor has been supportive throughout and also made changes in the script when she had to take a break for her exams. The fan following of this young actress is sure that she will go a long way in the years to come.
